The Beytepe 1923 project aims to create a modern and innovative world on an 18,000^{m² plot}of land. It is a dual-layer mixed-use project that combines both residential and open shopping center concepts. In addition to living spaces featuring different and unique residential types, street-level stores that will add value to Beytepe have also been integrated into the project.

Located on the prestigious Beytepe Boulevard in Ankara, Beytepe 1923 is the region's largest commercial project, featuring a total of 217 residences with 2+1, 3+1, 4+1, and 5+1 options, along with 56 street-level stores and 26 terrace stores in an open-air mall concept.
